On the Stadium screen it will then check what buildings are finished already and adjust the picture according to another list. This is the biggest one, once I have a system set up to do this it's going to be easy to make a Unity scene "Transfer Market" where I show a list of potential players and their stats, with a "hire" button next to the player, another scene "Stadium" where you can buy on button click various improvements and so on, the scenes will be linked by a task bar like row of buttons on the bottom of the screen. I imagine the data like excel sheets, one for players and their stats, one for all other managers and your relationship to them, one for finances etc.

  • how to program, store, read/access and write/manipulate many data points easily and effectively.
  • I have checked and didn't find anything that helps with my specfic problems I need solutions for before I can even get started that are way over my head right now: So my question / hope at this point is if there is stuff in the asset store or specific tutorials that make it easier to start building this specific game without having to learn about physics etc, then learning as I go. I don't need physics nor animation at all at this point. I haven't found a tutorial for this kind of game yet, and the stuff I'm currently learning doesn't really help much either, since the game is basically a handful of static screens (think stadium screen, finances screen, fan relations screen, team screen) with various buttons (think "hire/fire player" "send scout to university x in search of new talents)". I want to get started developing it asap and I'm willing to spend as much on assets as needed (for the graphics I will hire someone after the game is done). I have the game mapped out to about 70%, I know all general features it's going to have, number of screens etc. The reason I have started this journey is that I have an idea for a game that should be fairly easy to do, it's basically a game like football manager but not about football, there will be NO physics involved at all, nor any really complicated calculations for the "match simulator". I'm new to Unity and programming in general, currently going through various tutorials, building super small games etc, if you're interested here is my first ever attempt to programm anything, it was based on a breakout / arcanoid tutorial but I went a "bit" farther lol: Please scroll down to the listįor reference, I made a thread here 2 weeks ago about if Unity would be the right fit for the game I'm planning:

Is there a mechanism or trick I'm unaware of to set the range of players that get exported from the screen? The manual says nothing about it.Tl dr: I'm looking for assets / tutorials that will help me with specific problems I have no solution for yet and I don't want to wade through hours of video about (for this project!) useless stuff like physics, animation. but then why did my first-described export cut off the DM Cs and some of the M Cs somewhere in the middle of the list? Well, maybe the export happens to the point your screen was focusing. I found out that if I scroll all the way down on the list before the export, almost all players show up, whereas if the screen is on the top section, only the first ~40 players are exported. When I do "print screen", only a part of the filtered players show up on the HTML file. Finally, open the exported HTML file in Excel, and voilá, I have the stats! Here's how I'm doing it: go to the player search screen, filter players from my league and apply the fmview of stats I'd like to export then, go to FM options and select "Print Screen.", and select the HTML format. etc) of all players of my league to excel format, so that I can make some calculations, find out what's the "most common" minimum and maximum number for each stat, etc. I'm trying to export the match stats (headers, headers won, tackle attempts.
